How school information is handled

School records are separated by school. Staff access depends on their role and assigned classes. Family accounts are linked to selected students.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Session cookies cannot be read by page scripts. Paystack secret keys are encrypted before storage.

Contact your school to request a correction to your records or ask about its retention and privacy policies. Uploaded files are available only through authorised record access.

Public application and enquiry forms ask for consent to use the submitted details. Keep application tracking codes and account invitation links private.
